Mission Statement

I am dedicated to helping people discover the benefits of a healthy body and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Minimal practice of the Living Foods Lifestyle is the first step toward balance to the body and achievement of optimal health.

I enjoy a lifestyle that fits me; when eating raw living foods I don't over-eat because my food cravings have disappeared.   I don’t beat myself up anymore on my food choices; health arrives with each new day that begins with gratitude.

What Is the Living Foods Lifestyle?

It is a lifestyle that promotes the consumption of uncooked, unprocessed, organic, and local foods as a large percentage of the diet.

What Are Living Foods?

Living foods include fruit, nuts, sprouted grains, vegetables, green leafy vegetables.

Why Eat Living Foods?

It has been a scientifically proven concept that raw plant-based foods have been endowed with life-giving and healing properties.

  • They contain higher values which perpetuate health.
  • Heating food above 110 degrees F. destroys enzymes.
  • You experience increased vitality.
  • Disease cannot thrive in an alkaline environment created by most raw fruits and vegetables.

Where Did It All Begin?

Since the beginning of time raw berries, leaves, fruits and nuts were the foods humans ate before the discovery of fire. It has been recorded, as early at the 6th Century, that Pythagoras lived mainly on raw fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
